Presently at six-years of age, Suman's destiny still is dubious. As per activists, the Khan family intend to prepare her so she can offer rides to sightseers.
One of the preparation forms for elephants, known as "phajaan," really means "the pound" amid which handlers beat the creature into accommodation to break it's soul so it can be meek so as to offer rides to sightseers. Sickening!
This isn't the existence that Suman or any elephant merits.
